The Speed of Trust® Foundations | Franklin Covey

The vital currency in today’s connected and collaborative world is trust. We have all seen the toll of low-trust environments, defined by suspicion and defensiveness. Meanwhile, businesses that invest in training their people at all levels to build and maintain trust, are seeing retention, morale, and engagement improve.

Trust, like any other discipline, is a learnable skill. It requires structure, tools, and shared vocabulary if it is to become a part of an organization’s DNA. In the Speed of Trust® Foundations course, participants identify and address “trust gaps” in their credibility and relationships at work. They become competent in using the framework, language, and behaviors that lead to high-trust teams.

Learning Objectives:

  • Practice the 13 Behaviors of High Trust to develop, restore, and extend trust.
  • Create a Trust Action Plan to increase personal credibility and influence.
